Notes on viewing this site.

We have tried to make this site viewable by most browsers and have extensively tested using the latest versions of Internet Explorer and, to a lesser degree, Netscape; however, the reality is that there are subtle, and often not so subtle, differences (and bugs) between the two browsers and between various versions of each. This site is best viewed using IE 5.5 or later. Earlier versions of IE, including IE 5.0, as well as Netscape will not properly display the labeled hotspots on images (the NOHREF tag seems to give them problems). There are some other minor issues with how Netscape displays tables but these are not critical. There may well be other, hopefully minor, problems that we have not found yet.

Note that we have chosen to use movable frames. On moniters having a different resolution/screen size than ours, particularly on small screens, the individual frames may not display at an optimal size. This can be easily rectified by resizing the frames by dragging the boundaries until the preferred size is attained.
