Dacne Latreille 1796
Members of this holarctic genus are generally distributed throughout North America. Savary (1995) reports a US interception of Dacne picta Crotch from Japan, and comments on its occasional pest status. Skelley (1997) provides a key and checklist to all known species. Larvae are unknown for most of the US species, none have been formally described.
