Special Projects at the Museum of Entomology (FSCA): Coleoptera
Coleoptera Surveys: Indiana Dunes survey, survey in
southeastern beech / magnolia forests, and survey in sandy upland
habitats in the southeast. Each of these surveys were to look for
rare or relictual taxa (beetles) that could be used as indicators
of quality in these habitats which are rapidly disappearing, as
well as advancing our knowledge of the insects.
